"Of course they're planning something." Lestat looks as guileless as he may be capable of being, eyes wide and mouth solemn. "Is that not the basis of their entire little philosophy?"

All the talk of collectivism and the good of the many would give Lestat hives, if he were subject to such afflictions. If these Russians - as they must be Russians, given the details - are true to their cause, they must have some aspirations to organize. And even if they are indifferent to the ideals of their countrymen, they still must have some sort of plan. Everyone does, after all.

So Lestat does not think he is feeding Rorschach's paranoia unduly. He's simply being a supportive compatriot in the war against the irritants of the so-called proletariat.

"Perhaps your oversight will be deterrent enough...but if not, well." He shrugs. "The weed may be cut out at the root before it flourishes."
