The asset has a small problem. He knows how to eat food handed to him, mostly in liquid form. He knows how to cook over an open flame, but he doesn't remember how to do that at this point because nothing has happened to spark the memory yet. And he has problems with too many choices at once.

So he's at the store kind of... staring at the shelves. Walking up and down them slowly and keeping his shaking hands in his coat pockets while he tries, and fails, to find something he thinks he might be able to eat. Most of what's left is, after all, in cans. And he's not really sure what to do with stuff in cans.
