Well, no one ever claimed today's youth was smart. Probably. Everyone's so caught up in a world of technology that they forget things could exist without it. And don't get him wrong, Scratch can appreciate the finer points of modern invention. But, come on, and entire town that can't even get its lights to work? That's almost Heaven for him.
