So when he's passed along the message for someone to ask Levi if he could come over to Bigby's place to check up on Bigby's gunshot wounds from last month, he awaits Bigby in his bedroom - sitting on the bed this time, rather than lying in it. The bandages are still around his torso.
".. Hey," Bigby says. His voice is less weak than the other month, making him sound a little closer to his usual self again. "Thanks for coming. I really didn't want to bother the doctors with this, but I needed someone to check out how I'm doing."
Especially when Bigby is far from a doctor, and he hardly has any clue how his new more mundy-like body works.
