If Levi notices it, he'll force what little remaining rations he has on him into the kid's hands before he has the chance to dip out. Levi himself might stay a little longer, trying to get more work done in preparation to whoever continues it later, but he too is eventually overtaken by exhaustion and retreats to some empty house to rest, even if sleep will likely still evade him.
