Hickey indulges in the kiss, enjoying the taste of Billy on his lips. He knows what this is. This is Billy indulging in a moment of normalcy, a moment of something close to what they could possibly have had. And honestly? Hickey will happily give that attention.
As Billy pulls away to finish setting the table, Hickey goes back to the kitchen. He's got some of the meat already cooked (easier to ignore it's true provenance, that way). But he has something else to make it a bit less obvious. A sort of half-assed sauce, something that might be a gravy if you look at it the wrong way.
"Wish I could treat you better," Hickey sighs. "The lack of food, of vegetation, of all that in this place...it's wearing on me."
