"I'd say we should talk those people out of that thought, but.." he sighs a little. "If experience has taught me anything, it's that some people just aren't gonna listen, no matter what you tell them."

Especially if they're desperate enough to go out there when it's clearly been proven to be a horrible idea.

"Doesn't feel like there's been a lot I've been able to do for the town lately either, considering.."

His voice trails off, and he gestures at the bandages.

"Y'know."

Kind of hard to do anything when he hasn't even been able to leave the house, though it's getting better by now.
