Honestly, Hickey feels the same way. It's wonderful to be needed, to be paid attention to, to have someone simply give a damn about you. He can count the number of people who gave a damn about him in his entire life on one hand. Billy's here. Billy gives a damn. Hickey's not going to let that slip away, not when they've got the whole world in front of them.

That being said, he is not above giving Billy a hard time.
