I haven't tasted much pure meat. I'm a city boy. I know that every pastry, every meat pie, they say it's beef but it's cut with horse or cat. So it doesn't taste like any of those. And here, I've had rabbit, fish, deer, the occasional bird. That tastes the same in the sense that it's pure. That you know what you've got. But the flavor's different.
