Bigby had tried to be gruff about talking about his popularity there, and by Snow's grin she felt like she was on the money about him. He might have done some bad things in the past, but it's clear there were some people there who could see he had a good heart.

She does listen with interest when Snow talks about her world like that and Ruby does give an interested little nod at that.
