"It's..." Raju frowns, thinking over it. "Hard to say. I think there might have been... something he was working on while I was... different, but I'm not sure how long it's been." There are some small details, particularly near that time when he'd only just started to forget, that are difficult, and after it'd got going Raju hadn't been paying much attention then to the man he'd been thinking of as Crozier. Better not to think about it too much in company; Raju looks a little frustrated for a moment, but moves on quickly.

"I know he's had projects before — one of the first things he did after his ribs had healed, once it was warm enough, he planned out a weir to build in one of the streams here and spent his days showing people how to catch fish with it.
