Very little. It is a natural phenomenon in this world, but something has altered it. It causes some of the devices in the homes and vehicles to function for the duration, and can enhance or otherwise temporarily alter some of our abilities. The dreams that cause our powers to change always occur during an aurora. It seems associated with Enola, but I do not know how.
