"From where I'm sitting?" It's something of a joke, considering that she's currently sitting closer to him than she's ever possibly been — admittedly, closer to him than most people are allowed to get. The slow smile that briefly blossoms over her expression is evidence of that, but she still pretends to peer closely at him, eyes narrowing and all.

"Now that you mention it..." She reaches out to poke at the scruff on the side of his face, as if she's managed to pinpoint the arrival of a single gray hair, but then her hand falls away.

"You still look the same way you did when we first met." Maybe she does, too, even though she's hardly dressed like a princess, clad in a knit sweater as she is. Her touch settles against his chest, in the interim, as her voice softens.
