Not from one reading alone, no, but mapping out every point and determining the radius of impact gives us important information about where it's centered, even if they can't be predicted.

That's the hope, yes! If I can track and measure enough of these, imagine I was able to determine they're congregating around a particular spot. That would tell us loads of information. Something could be under the surface there, for instance.
