There's a groan that starts in March, low at first but then almost immediately after a very high pitched noise that can only be described as a very childish wine. Please don't remind him about the draft, Chloe, he's delicate and sensitive and too annoying to start complaining about that, too.

"And then we can all go home because this place has things like 'magic,'" he hopes.

"You got anything worth it? Going back for?"

Now it's Chloe’s turn to groan. “Can’t you just ask me intrusive questions about my sexuality again?”

Sincerity is so embarrassing.

“I do have things I want to get back to. My friends’ baby must have been born by now, I promised them I'd visit. And I wanted to take my partner to Iceland, though I don't know if I'd do that now. I've had enough of winter, you know?”
