The woman's language also definitely registers as offensive — even worse than that, unprofessional! While Miss Huang appreciates the help she's offering, she also can't refrain from lifting her chin, eyebrows shooting upwards. ]

Procedures are always important. Otherwise, the workplace falls into chaos and despair.
